# Admissions and entrance exams

From application to first day. You will take an application from a family, through the entrance exam, to admitting and enrolling the child.

## Step by step

### 1. Apply online

Families apply on your school’s own website, at its apply page: the child’s details, the class they want, and a parent’s phone number. They need no account.

### 2. Admissions

Every application arrives under Admissions in your console. Copy link gives you the apply page’s address to share with parents.

### 3. A walk-in

A family who comes to the office is keyed in with Walk-in: the child’s name, the class they are applying for, and a parent’s name and phone.

### 4. The exam slip

Press Record application. You get an exam slip with an access code — print it and hand it over. The child uses that code to sit the entrance exam online.

### 5. Entrance exams

Entrance exams are set like any computer-based test: create one, choose its questions, and open it on exam day. Each applicant’s score appears beside their name.

### 6. Admit and enrol

Open an application to decide. Admit sends the offer; once they accept, Enrol makes them a pupil, with their parent attached as guardian. Decline, with a note, if there is no place.
