# The group dashboard

Every school you run, on one screen. In this training, you are a proprietor with more than one school. You will see all of them on one screen.

## Step by step

### 1. Switch it on

In Settings, under Modules, switch on Group dashboard.

### 2. The group

Open Group dashboard. The top row adds up every school: how many, how many pupils, the fees collected in the last thirty days, and what is still owed.

### 3. Each school

Below, each school has its own card: pupils and staff, attendance over the last week, fees collected and owed, and who came in today.

### 4. Who sees what

You see a school only while you are an active admin there — handing a school to new management takes it off your dashboard. Press Open to go to that school’s own console.
