Step by step
1Forgot password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password. Type your handle — the name you sign in with — and press Continue.
2The number
A number appears. It is the proof that the person asking is you: only your own device can match it.
3Approved
On your phone, HTT Auth shows three numbers. You tap the one that matches, and this screen moves on by itself.
4A new password
Now choose your new password, at least twelve characters, and save it. Every other place you were signed in is signed out, in case someone else was there.
