One key lets one person into your school. You will buy commitment keys for your school in one payment, and see how to hand them out.

Step by step

1What a key is

Everyone who joins a school — a teacher, a parent or a pupil — needs a commitment key. Your school buys keys and hands them out, so a parent never needs a card of their own.

2Your keys at a glance

At the top, you can see how many keys are ready to give out, how many have been used, and how many were withdrawn.

3How many

Under Buy more keys, choose how many you need — one, ten, fifty or a hundred — or type any number up to five hundred. We will buy ten.

4The price

The price is shown in naira — six thousand five hundred naira per key, a fixed price for your country. Ten keys come to sixty-five thousand naira, paid once. Keys never expire.

5Pay

Press Pay. You are taken to the secure checkout of HTT Wallet’s payment partner, Flutterwave.

6Checkout

The checkout shows who you are paying and the exact amount. This demonstration uses Flutterwave’s test mode, so no real money moves — with your school’s own card, the steps are the same.

7Card details

Under Payment options, choose Card. Enter the card number, its expiry date and the three-digit code on the back, then press Pay.

8Card PIN

Your bank asks for your card PIN. Type it in to continue.

9One-time code

Then your bank sends a one-time code by text message. Type it in and confirm.

10Keys added

You are brought straight back to your school. HTT Wallet confirms the payment, and your ten new keys are added — only once the money has actually arrived.

11Handing them out

Each key is a code. Give an unused one to the person joining — they type it in when they ask to join your school. Each key works once, and only at your school.

12Withdrawing

A key you have not given out can be withdrawn at any time. A key someone has already used is never touched — they are inside on it.
