Step by step
1Join the school
A new teacher goes to the school’s address and signs in. Under I am a, they choose Teacher. With no key from the office, they press Pay the commitment fee.
2Checkout
You are taken to the secure checkout of HTT Wallet’s payment partner, Flutterwave. It shows who you are paying and the exact amount. This demonstration uses test mode, so no real money moves — with a real card, the steps are the same.
3Card details
Under Payment options, choose Card. Enter the card number, its expiry date and the three-digit code on the back, then press Pay.
4Card PIN
Your bank asks for your card PIN. Type it in to continue.
5One-time code
Then your bank sends a one-time code by text message. Type it in and confirm.
6Your key
Back at the school, HTT Wallet confirms the payment, and the key is filled in for you. It is yours alone. The school receives its share of the fee.
7Ask to join
Add a word for the school if you like, and press Ask to join.
8Waiting
The request is now with the school, already paid for. When an admin approves it, the teacher is in.
