Step by step
1Bank transfers
Open Finance, then Bank transfers. A receipt a parent sends never counts as paid by itself — only when you confirm it against your bank statement.
2Your accounts
Your accounts are what parents see on their fees page. Add account takes the bank, the account number, and the name exactly as the bank shows it — parents check that before they pay.
3To check
Under To check is every receipt a parent has sent: the pupil, the invoice, the amount, and who paid. Press Check to open one.
4The receipt
The receipt is beside the details: when it was paid, the reference, and the account it went into. Find the same transfer on your statement.
5Confirm or not
If it is there, put in the amount that actually arrived and press Confirm payment: the invoice is paid, and the parent gets a receipt. If it is not, say why, and press Can’t confirm. The parent sees your reason.
6Kept on record
Confirmed and Not confirmed keep every decision, with its note, so you can always answer a parent who asks.
