Pay from your bank app, then send the receipt. You will pay your child’s school fees by bank transfer, and send the receipt to the school.

After this you will be able to

  • A parent pays into the school's account
  • Uploads the receipt

Step by step

1School fees

Choose School fees from the menu. At the top is the school’s own account — the bank, the account number, and the name. Copy the number, and pay from your bank app as usual.

3What you paid

Put in the amount you sent and the date, choose the account you paid into, and the name on the account you paid from. The reference from your bank receipt helps the school find it on their statement.

4The receipt

Then add the receipt itself — a screenshot from your bank app, or a PDF. It is kept safely, and only the school can open it.
