For staff: one press when you arrive, one when you leave. In this training, you are a member of staff. You will clock in when you arrive, clock out when you leave, and set a PIN for the front-desk kiosk.

Step by step

1Clock in

Open Clock in from the menu. It shows the time, and the school’s start time. If the school asks for it, scan the code on the staff-room poster first: the code fills itself in.

2Press it

Press Clock in. You are told the time you arrived, and whether you were on time. That goes straight into the staff register, and nobody has to mark it.

3Your record

Below is your record. Every attempt is listed, and a refused one says why, such as being too far from school. So if you are ever asked, the answer is here.

4Kiosk PIN

Phone flat? Set a PIN here, and clock in at the front-desk kiosk with your staff number and that PIN. Pick four to six digits that are not all the same.
