Your notes, split into lessons, ready before class. You will write lesson notes for your subject, split them into lessons, and format them with headings, tables and more.
Step by step
1Digital learning
Open Digital learning from the menu. On the left are the classes you teach. Choose one to see its notes.
2New note
Press New note. Give it a title, and a line about what it covers. Pupils see that line above the lessons.
3The page
Your note opens. Its lessons are on the left, the lesson you are writing is in the middle, and on the right is what your class sees of it. Everything saves by itself as you type.
4Title and heading
Name the lesson. Then write. Choose Heading 1 from the text style list for a heading.
5Bold and superscript
Bold, italic and underline work as in any word processor. Subscript and superscript are here too, for H 2 O, x squared, and fractions like three over four.
6Lists and highlight
Use a numbered or bulleted list for steps, and the highlighter for the line your class must remember.
7A table
For a table, press the table button and choose its size. Then type into the cells.
8Everything else
There is also text colour, alignment, indents, quotes, links, pictures, and a divider. And if you paste from Word, your headings, lists and tables come with it.
9Saved
All changes saved. You never press Save, though Control S works if you are used to it.
10More lessons
Add the next lesson with Add a lesson. A note can have as many lessons as the topic needs, and you can move them up and down.
