Every child goes home with the right adult. You will see how the gate checks who may collect a child, and how visitors are signed in and out.
Step by step
1Gate and pickup
Choose Gate and pickup from the menu. The Pickup tab is for the end of the day.
2Find the child
When someone comes for a child, type the child’s name or admission number.
3Who may collect
May collect lists the adults the parents have authorised, with their relationship and phone number. If the adult at the gate is on the list, press Release beside their name — the time and the person are written down.
4A day pass
Someone not on the list? The office can issue a day pass for just today, with a six-digit code the collector shows at the gate.
5Visitors
The Visitors tab is the gate’s visitor book. It shows everyone on site who has not yet signed out.
6Sign a visitor in
Press Sign a visitor in. Write their name, why they have come and who they are here to see, the ID they showed, and the badge you gave them.
7Sign them out
When they leave, press Sign out. The day’s book keeps every visit, so a visit can always be traced later.
