WAEC, NECO and BECE, ready before the deadline. You will register your final-year class for WAEC: their particulars, subjects and fees, and the lists you upload to the exam body.
Step by step
1Switch it on
In Settings, under Modules, switch on Exam registration.
2New sitting
Open Exam registration and press New sitting. Choose the exam body and the year. The subject limits and compulsory subjects start from the body’s usual rules. Check them against this year’s guidelines.
3Fee and session
Add the registration deadline and the fee per candidate, and choose the session the continuous assessment comes from. Then press Create sitting.
4Enrol
Choose your final-year class and press Enrol. Every pupil is added, with their names, sex, date of birth, photo and the class’s subjects already filled in.
5What is missing
Each candidate shows exactly what is still missing: here, state of origin, L G A and the passport photograph. Filter to Missing something to work through them.
6A candidate
Press Edit. Upload the passport photograph, choose the state of origin, type the L G A, and tick or untick subjects. Compulsory subjects have a star. Then save.
7Fees
Invoice the fee raises one invoice per candidate for the registration fee, so it is collected like any other fee.
8Exports
When everyone is ready, download the candidate list and the continuous assessment, worked out from the session’s published report cards, for the exam body’s portal.
9Submitted
After submitting, press Mark as submitted. Particulars are frozen, and you can still add each candidate’s number when the body sends it.
