Looking after every child, all day. You will take a short tour of four modules that look after children through the day: Health, Discipline, Transport and Hostel.
Step by step
1Health
Health is the sick bay’s record: every visit, with what was done, and whether a parent was told.
2What the school must know
Conditions holds what staff must know before treating a child — allergies, asthma, sickle cell. Immunizations and Screenings keep the rest of the medical record.
3Discipline
Discipline records what happened, what was decided, and how a child is generally getting on — kept properly, not in a notebook.
4Sanctions and conduct
Sanctions lists what was decided for each incident, and Conduct gives each child’s overall picture, which can go on their report card.
5Transport
Transport holds the school’s routes and stops, the buses in the fleet, and which child rides on which bus.
6Hostel
For boarding schools, Hostel keeps houses, rooms and beds, the nightly register of who is on the premises, and a log of visitors.
7Switch off what you do not run
A school without buses or boarders can switch those modules off in Settings, and they leave the menu.
